Abstract

The case of an adult patient presents with an injury to the temporomandibular joint that goes to the doctor because of pain in the temporomandibular joint of the right side with a history of a difficult tooth extraction of lower third molar on duty seven days prior to attending this query. Clinical examination is observed inability to open the mouth and severe pain by eating food and opening moves. It was decided to perform acupuncture treatment for seven days. Conduct that follows is for the patient’s health and reveals the possibility of success in therapy to apply.
